THREE CAST BRONZE MINIATURE ICONS OF BALA KRISHNA AN EYE FOR DETAIL: PROPERTY FROM A PRIVATE ESTATE IN NORTHERN LONDON Southern India, 19th century Cast in the round, each of varying size, presenting the Hindu deity Krishna in his baby form, shown crawling with his left leg and arm, and holding up in his right hand a round ball of clarified butter (ghee), each head characterised by a protruding hair bun at the top, the largest figurine 6cm x 5.5cm.
