Local Moroccan manufacture, rectangular shape in madder-colored cloth and yellow silk, embroidered with gold cannetille on one side "15 R.T.A." with four crescent moons numbered "15" in the corners and on the other side "7ème Cie" with four crescent moons numbered "15" in the corners. Trimmed on 3 sides with gilded cannetille fringe. Originally mounted on a Lebel 1886 model bayonet scabbard. Scabbard surmounted by a melted brass crescent, symbol of the Army of Africa (minor wear and tear, good condition). 31 x 36 cm.
