France, Louis-Philippe (1830-1848). Model 1822 T bis converted flintlock percussion cavalry pistol by Manufacture Royale de Tulle, with the same N°. Cal. 17,6 mm. Serial no. 1431. All metal parts with slight gray patina and traces of oxidation. Round barrel with sight and rear sight, with thunder flats, dated 1834 and stamped "cal 17,6 A" "1431" and "25". The breech tail is marked "1822 T bis". Lock marked "Manufacture Royale de Tulle" and controller's mark illegible. The brass fittings are well stamped "L" under the crown. Short-barreled walnut stock, with the same "1431" number and cursive "M" control mark under crown and trace of "Danil..." stamp. Original steel ramrod. Functional single cocking mechanism. Inside of barrel with minor surface oxidation, rust bloom and shallow scratches. 35 cm (barrel 20 cm). (Wear and tear, fractured and repaired stock, slightly twisted ramrod. As is).
