A toolbox M 1911, "E 08/15" for MG 08/15 Original iron carrying case painted in camouflage colors (rubbed, traces of rust), white inscribed "E" and "08/15", containing two levels with special tools, including hammer ("MG.08"), gripping pliers, wiper, file, MG 08/15 wrench ("Becker, Remscheid"), roller wrench ("M.G.K. 2"), screwdriver, wiper stick, spring wire, punches, oil container, buffer cartridges and two small sheet iron boxes, partially filled with spare parts and other small parts. Partly pitted, re-burnished, signs of use and age. Dimensions of the box 39 x 18 x 17 cm. Attached an old collector's label. The MG 08/15 was occasionally still in use during the Second World War (Eastern Front) and the contents of the boxes were modified during use. Condition: II
