On barrel company name, on the left "Colt Buntline Special .45", on frame two patents. Complete, original finish on barrel, cylinder and grip frame. Frame color case hardened. Side surfaces of hammer polished bright. Dark, smooth walnut grip panels. Weapon is in a wooden case containing the damaged, original Colt box.
