A Biedermann pepper box, ca. 1870 Cal. .380RF, SN. 694, four-shot rifled barrel group, bores somewhat rough, remnants of bluing. Hammer with automatically rotating firing pin. Frame with vine engraving, on the right marked "Biedermann Patent", on the left locking button for barrel bundle, grip panels with chequering, grip cap with lanyard loop. Signs of age and use. Length 22 cm.
