A cased Colt 1860 Army, high quality Italian replica, circa 1975 SN. 77374, matching numbered, six-shot. 8" barrel with bright bore with excellent bore/groove profile. Valid proof mark. On barrel marked "Col. Sam. Colt New-York US America" on the barrel. High-quality custom engraving, barrel and cylinder additionally inlaid with gold wire. Reblued in the course of engraving, making the Italian inscriptions almost unrecognizable. Cylinder with small marks, otherwise only used weapon. Oiled grip panels of finely grained root wood. Mechanically in good order. Length approx. 35 cm. In a modern wooden case with repro ball forceps and powder flask. Key enclosed. Body with signs of age and use. Dimensions approx. 38.5x18.5x6 cm.
