Description

A pair of cased French(?) percussion terzerols, circa 1850 Unscrewable, smooth-bore cam barrels in 10 mm caliber. Each with proof mark "AF" under the breech and crown. Florally engraved lock cases with central cocks and concealed triggers. Butt stock made of beautiful walnut root wood with hinged compartments in the butt cap. Length 11.5 cm each. In an old walnut veneered case, shrinkage crack in the lid, the division renewed. Dimensions 20 x 16 x 5 cm. Condition: II
