A pair of Belgian percussion pistols, ca. 1850 Browned, rifled Damascus steel barrels in 6 mm caliber, somewhat dull bores, patent breechblocks and blades stained grey and engraved with vine scrolls, each with ELG mark on the left. Percussion locks engraved en suite with French set triggers (one lock's cocking catch defective). Half stocks with richly chiselled noses, fluted grips and engraved iron furniture. Iron parts somewhat spotted in places, stocks slightly bumped. Length 41 cm each. Condition: II -
