A German traveler's pistol by Franz Rinspacher in Munich, circa 1810 Rifled octagonal barrel in 10 mm caliber, rough bore, signed "Rinspacher" on top. Flintlock with rainproof pan and roller bearing frizzen (lock action defective). Slightly carved full stock with damaged horn nose cap and lightly engraved iron furniture. Ramrod with bone tip. Iron parts patinated and somewhat rough. Length 20 cm. Condition: III +
