A sabre M 1852 for members of the cavalry, circa 1900 Property piece. Slightly curved single-edged blade (spotted, unmarked), the upper half richly etched on both sides with trophies and vines. Hilt with nickel-plated steel basket, fish skin grip (wire winding missing), intact finger loop. Nickel-plated steel scabbard (dents) with two movable suspension rings. Slightly damaged, signs of age. Length 100 cm. Provenance: Directly from family ownership. Condition: II -
