Bavarian officers of the Max Joseph Era on Manoeuvre, circa 1824 Oil on canvas (relined), inscribed "Charles Le Feuliere fec Kronprinz Ludwig (I) beim Manöuvre 1824" in pencil on the stretcher on the reverse. In the center, side view of a hunter officer on horseback with M 1818 casket and green uniform. On the right an infantry officer and a cuirassier on horseback, on the left a grenadier on horseback in rear view and behind them two mounted high officers with white and blue plumes on their bicornets. On the left in the background mounted units. In a gilt profile frame (somewhat bumped). Partially slightly damaged, traces of age. Image dimensions 41 x 57 cm, frame dimensions 49 x 64 cm.
