An overcoat for a lieutenant, circa 1900 Fine blue cloth in twill weave (occasional minimal, inconspicuous holes) with red collar and lapels, two rows of smooth gold buttons ("Extra Fine") and sewn-in Bavarian shoulder boards (silver somewhat darkened) with applied gilded metal association number "19". Beautifully preserved black silk lining (occasional small holes) with inside breast pocket. Almost colour-fresh condition, partially minimally damaged, signs of age. Comes with a heavily worn Bavarian officer's sash without clasp. Condition: II
