Description

Three sabres, mostly German, circa 1780 - 1910 A sabre with a broad, minimally curved wedge blade (stained), marked "IK" at the base, iron hilt similar to Rumford models (one third clasp missing), grip with black leather (incomplete). Also a Prussian artillery sabre of a new type with a good strong single-edged blade (base pitted, stamp "W/06" under crown), iron knuckle-bow hilt (pitted), wooden grip (missing parts, cracks), iron scabbard (pitted). In addition, an assembled 19th century sabre with a single-edged blade (darkened), brass knuckle-bow hilt (engraved "R.T.") and a tightly leathered round grip. Partially damaged, signs of age. Length 87 - 92 cm. Condition: III
