Crown Prince Adolf Frederick and King Gustav III of Sweden - two autographs, 1748 and 1777 Sheet inscribed in ink on both sides (Swedish). Crown Prince Adolf Frederick because of riots by Gothenburg citizens against the garrison there, dated Stockholm, March 14, 1748, with the Crown Prince's handwritten signature below. With a folded double leaf, inscribed on three sides in ink (Swedish), with stamp and red wax seal, dated Stockholm, 16.5.1777 at the bottom, including the handwritten signature of King Gustav III. Letter to Ulrika Eleonora Strömfelt (1724 - 1780), a politically active Swedish noblewoman and lady-in-waiting, known for her involvement in the attempted coup d'état against Queen Louisa Ulrika in 1756. Partially slightly damaged, traces of age. Dimensions 32 x 20 cm each. With provenance (Schneider Auctions Essen, around 1980) and a transcription. Condition: II
