King Carol I of Romania - three framed photos of the royal family, one with Tsar Nicholas II of Russia, 1914 Group photo of the family of the King and the Tsar on the occasion of Tsar Nicholas II's visit to Constanta on May 14, 1914. Inscribed "reproducerea interzisa" at bottom right, with an unrecognizable further inscription at bottom left. Dimensions of the photograph 15 x 21 cm. On passepartout with royal crown in upper margin and Romanian inscription in lower margin. Under glass in old green-gold frame with bronze decorative bow at upper margin (somewhat loosened). Frame dimensions approx. 29 x 32 cm. Two further photos (of the same occasion?): Group photo with ladies and at the station respectively. Framed under glass and together in a modern frame.
