Two madder red cavalry caps Madder red wool cloth, smooth brass buttons (two zinc buttons behind), natural linen lining stamped several times with the year "1907" and troop "15. D. R. 1, ESC", black leather sweatband. There is also an example made of finer cloth (twill) with smooth nickel silver buttons, yellow silk lining (partially detached from the edge) and brown leather sweatband. The rosette (field mark) is missing on both. Small moth holes in each, slightly damaged, signs of age. Condition: II - III
