Receipt of the Adams Express Company, "Great Eastern, Western and Southern Express Forwarders," issued at Boston for the shipment of goods valued at $35. Handsomely mounted, cloth-matted, and framed with a plaque to an overall size of 15.75 x 16.75. In fine condition.

This plate is uncommon, but unfortunately the right, left and bottom parts have been cut, with loss of image and text. Marginal tear, not missing.
