A silver damascened Indian tulwar, circa 1800 Curved single-edged blade with a double-edged point and narrow fullers on both sides (cleaned, fine pitting in places). Typical iron hilt with elaborate floral decoration inlaid in silver. Wooden scabbard covered with purple velvet (partially rubbed), richly embossed and engraved silver mountings. Length 90 cm.
