A heavy South Indian silver-mounted hunting knife, 19th century Heavy single-edged blade with a pike point, decorated with geometric patterns on both sides and on the back. Chiselled and curved iron quillons, the handle fully covered with engraved silver and with a pommel in the shape of a lion's head. Signs of use. Length 37 cm. Condition: II - III
