Different techniques, among them silver bromide and gelatin silver prints on photographic paper. Recto a. verso partly inscribed by hand. - Depicted: Various photographs of soldiers, e.g. at work, on horses and sometimes with carriages on patrol, group and portrait pictures, etc. - Cattle herders and natives bathing. - Small settlements and villages. - Mostly slightly bumped at the edges, somewhat faded and stained, sometimes with small superficial layer damages.
