Description
Four altar cards, 18th century One large (central) and three smaller (lateral) wooden canon panels with identical, chased and multi-piece silver-plated sheet metal fittings. The frame strips decorated with embossed floral attachments, each with a shield with vegetal decoration mounted on a square base in the corners. Each with vase and vine decoration at the top. Three of the four panels with illustrated Latin mass texts, slight signs of age in places. Fittings rubbed, slightly bumped. The empty panel without applied molding decoration, the upper fitting of the large panel broken off, top missing. Dimensions (small) 31 x 19 cm, dimensions (large) 39 x 26.5 cm. Condition: II -
