Bruno Zach (1891 - 1945) - "The Hug", Austrian, 20th century A provocative bronze figure depicting a young woman holding a large phallus. Signed "B. Zach" at the base, the dark patina slightly rubbed in places. Placed on a marble base. Height 23 cm. Bruno Zach (1891 - 1945) was a sculptor who was born in the Russian Empire, lived in Austria and studied at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts. He worked in the Art Deco style and specialized in animal figures, erotic sculptures and fine gold and ivory works. Condition: II
