A ring braid with pendants made of bronze, Iron Age of Southeast Europe, 6th century B.C.. Approx. 22 cm wide and 18 cm high bronze ring network of superimposed ring pairs interwoven vertically and horizontally. Three pendants with ring eyes suspended from each of the lowest, vertical ring pairs: a long, profiled pendant with a double conical knob at the end of approx. 3.5 cm in length (19 pieces in total), flanked by two short pendants of approx. 1.7 cm in length with a spherical knob on a short bar. Matt, olive green patina. Extremely rare and unusually well preserved jewellery pendant of the early Iron Age. Provenance: Lower Bavarian private property, taken over from the collection of the father. Condition: I -
