Charles CATTEAU (1880-1966) & BOCH FRERES KERAMIS Earthenware vase with baluster body and open neck. Rotating decoration of a lioness, a boar and two deer in brown enamel on an ochre, yellow and orange ground. Marked with the maker's stamp on the reverse, numbered 1296 (vase shape) and D. 2170, H. 41 - L. 56 cm History: The decoration of this vase was inspired by an Ionian vase in the collections of the Musées Royaux d'art et d'histoire de Bruxelles under n°inv. A 2096.
