Order from Bonaparte to publish in Arabic details of "the feast of the prophet" attended by the General-in-Chief in Cairo, testifying to the "respect the French had for Islamism"; gifts from the General-in-Chief to two sheikhs "commendable for their wisdom and piety"... 13 vendémiaire.
