The set rests on a frame decorated with a chased geometric frieze on an amati background; the body is decorated with a repoussé rosette framed by interlacing, repeated on the pourers; diagonal and horizontal striations. The upper rim is engraved with the words "Conférence télégraphique internationale de Saint-Pétersbourg 1875". St. Petersburg, 1875.
