This label repeats what is written in ink directly on the panel; a printed label: "16 rue de Trévise, 16. P Thiaucourt, Peintre-Sculpteur, réparation de curiosités. Repairs and restores: TABLES, fans, PORCELAIN, Modern or Antique FAYENCES, Sèvres...". We note a few variations, such as the presence of a cuirass, whereas the chest is bare in the final painting, or the absence of the helmet. or the absence of a helmet at his waist.
