Two ta'liq calligraphies, Iran qâjâr, 19th century Calligraphies on paper in black ink in ta'liq script mounted on album pages, the first with fine colored borders and a wide blue margin with hatayi decoration illuminated in gold and polychrome, the second with a fine blue border with a broken white line and a floral margin illuminated in gold. The first inscribed with 7 horizontal lines of text in Arabic, the second inscribed with 15 oblique lines in Persian corresponding to the introduction to Sa'adi's Golestân.
