Kalaga Myanmar, early 20th cent, elaborately worked heavy wall hanging, mixed technique of gold and silver threads, sequins and glass beads on velvet and tulle, designed in three superimposed levels, the centre shows scenes from a Hindu epic with Garuda and two mounted warriors in star-shaped medallions, below and above in six smaller cartouches in a repeat, good condition, with small missing parts and loose pieces, dimensions 90 x 125 cm.
