The boxes of lobed form, carved to resemble a gourd with a stem issuing from the center of the cover, surrounded by six panels enclosing peonies, the box with the same design, and the interior lacquered in black. Provenance: Hungarian private collection. Condition: Very good condition with minor wear, few minuscule chips along the edges, and few small natural age cracks. Weight: 350 g and 360 g Dimensions: Length 15.4 cm and 15.2 cm
