Felix Bracquemond (1833 - 1914) & Eugène Rousseau (1827 - 1891) for Manufacture Creil & Montereau. Important part of a table service called "service Rousseau", model created in 1866. Composed of one hundred and thirty-one earthenware pieces with polychrome decoration on a white ground and scalloped edges, blue combed. Comprising eighty-three dinner plates, eighteen soup plates, four sauce boats, two of which are covered, eight ravioli dishes, five round dishes, two oval dishes, a salad bowl, three pedestal compote dishes, three pedestal cookie bowls, a fruit bowl, a covered soup tureen, a covered vegetable dish and a tripod bowl. Various marks under the base: Creil Montereau L.M & Cie - Modèle E. Rousseau à Paris / Creil Montereau B & Cie - Modèle E. Rousseau à Paris / Maisons Toy & Leveillé réunies 10 rue de la Paix Paris. Crack to one bowl. Enamel skip to a plate (on a hen). The rest is in perfect condition.
