Set of Damascus tile fragments Siliceous paste with polychrome painted decoration under transparent glaze Levant, Damascus, 16th and 17th - 18th centuries 23 x 16.5 cm / 13 x 29.5 cm / 11.3 x 22.5 cm The first, dating from the 16th century, features a floral design centered on a vase with a bouquet. The second is decorated with composite flower scrolls and two half-mandorels. The last, from the 17th or 18th century, features a cobalt-green and eggplant floral design on a white background.
