Hercules and Minerva Carved wood. Hercules dressed in the skin of the Lion of Nemea, holding his club in one hand and the Golden Apples from the Garden of Hesperides hidden behind his back in the other. Minerva helmeted and cuirassed, a plait of hair falling over her shoulders, one hand raised and holding a scepter, the other holding her shield. Height 51 and 49.5 cm Condition report: stripped, restored, missing and cracked
