Slight signs of wear and some brownings, overall on the first page, but good condition. First edition. Important and rare collection of the beautiful heraldic calendars of Monaco. They are all depicted with coats of arms of the German nobility and the cities, accompanied by erudite notes. Very useful for German heraldry. The illustrations are by Otto Hupp; the texts, by Prof. Nussbaum, by Max von Pettenkofer, Wilhelm von Bezold, Gustav A. Seyler. The publication began in 1885 and ended in 1936, for a total of 51 years: the calendar of 1933 did not appear. In this collection are the years 1886-1905, 1907-1915, 1923. Bound with: WELLER, A. Deutscher Wappen - Kalender für das Jahr 1903. Illustrierter Heraldischer Kalender mit 32 Originalzeichnungen von Oskar Roick. Kahla, Weller, (1902). 4to, 330x200 mm. 32 unnumbered pages, all of them illustrated in color. Signs of wear on the first page with the title, otherwise specimen in good condition. Magnificent heraldic calendar printed by August Matthey in Graz, illustrated with 32 original drawings by Oskar Roick.
