India ink signed and dated 2018. 28 X 43 cm Born in 1979 in Martigues, Julien Hugonnard-Bert aka JHB, after years of semi-professional publications and a few detours in his career, decided to devote himself entirely to comics and inking in particular. It was during the Bristol convention that he met and joined the Marvel UK / Panini stable. Since then, he has been inking the made-in-UK adventures of Marvel heroes. He has worked with John Royle (Doctor Strange), Carlos Gomez (Ghost Rider), John Charles (Iron Man, the Avengers, the Defenders) and John McCrea (The Silver Surfer). Since then, he has worked for American and French publishers such as Dark Horse (Star Wars: Agent of the Emipre), Avatar Press (Crossed), Delcourt (Masqué) and Soleil (Le Sang du Dragon, Hannibal Mériadec). Julien Hugonnard-Bert is one of the few French inkers to have made it big in the comics world.
