TBE+. 48 X 35 cm Andrea Ferraris (1966) made his debut in the Disney world in 1993 with his very first comic strip, "Topolino e il quarto Beatles", scripted by Bruno Sarda and paying tribute to the famous British band The Beatles, a story he retouched and improved for almost a year. Ferraris has already demonstrated his talent as a cartoonist, preferring to leave the writing of the stories he illustrates to others. He has collaborated with many of Italy's leading scriptwriters, including Rudy Salvagnini, Francesco Artibani, Carlo Panaro and Alberto Savini. Initially focusing on Mickey Mouse stories, he then moved on to create stories for Donald Duck. He has said that he particularly enjoys drawing the character of Balthazar Scrooge, although he prefers to create great stories with Mickey Mouse. He also contributed a few stories to major Italian series such as Powerduck and Dimension. In 2008, due to a drop in Italian production, he began working with the Danish publisher Egmont, while continuing his work for the Italian publisher. In 2013, based on scenarios by Fabio Michelini, he drew the saga Le dodici fatiche di Pippercole, divided into thirteen episodes and parodying the Greek myth of the twelve labors of Heracles (Hercules for the Roman myth). In 2005, he won the Topolino d'Oro as best cartoonist for the story Topolino, Gamba e il furto di Natale.
