Together with a group of silver and metal items, including: a silver ladle, stamped only with mark for William French (Dublin, c.1770), the handle chased with scrolling floral and foliate motifs and a vacant cartouche, the shell-shaped bowl with traces of gilding to interior, 36.5cm long; a George III silver sifting spoon, 1810, maker's mark rubbed, with initials engraved to terminal, 11cm long; a Victorian Scottish silver spoon, Edinburgh, 1900, Brook & Son, with twisted and pierced handle and terminal modelled as a ship, 18.7cm long; a Victorian silver coffee spoon, Sheffield, 1896, Levesley Brothers, the handle engraved with scrolling foliate motifs and vacant cartouche, 10.4cm long; a cased set of six silver coffee spoons, London, 1968, Francis Howard, 8.3cm long; a Victorian silver coffee spoon, Birmingham, 1899, William Henry Leather, with twisted handle and figural terminal, 10.4cm long; and three further spoons, total weighable silver approx. 10.6ozt (a lot)
