The group including: an Edwardian cigarette case, Birmingham, 1910, Jones & Crompton, of rectangular form, engraved with scrolling floral and foliate motifs, with initials within cartouche to cover and gilding to interior, 7.7cm x 5cm; a George V cigarette case, Birmingham, 1925, F D Long, of rectangular form, with engine turned design and engraved initials within cartouche to cover, gilding and presentation engraving to interior, 8.4cm x 7cm; a further George V cigarette case, Birmingham, 1932, Robert Pringle & Sons, of rectangular form, with engine turned design to body and gilding to interior, 8cm x 5.5cm; a Victorian vesta case, Birmingham, 1897, Charles Edward Soloman, of rectangular form, engraved with scrolling foliate motifs and with engraved initials within cartouche, 5.2cm high; an Edwardian vesta case, Chester, 1901, Robert Pringle & Sons (maker's mark rubbed), of rectangular form, engraved with scrolling foliate motifs and with heart-shaped vacant cartouche to side, 4.5cm high; a George V vesta case, Birmingham, 1919, Walker & Hall, the plain body of squared rounded form and with engraved initials to side, 5cm high; and others, total weight approx. 15.7ozt (a lot)
