BERMAN, EUGENE (1899-1972)

Costume Design for Marcus Vinicius in "Quo Vadis" and Set Design for "Pulcinella", each signed with initials, inscribed and dated 1943. One ink, gouache and watercolor on paper and the other ink and watercolour on paper, one measuring 24 by 17.5 cm in light and the other 20.5 by 26.5 cm. Provenance: Collection of Mrs Tamara Toumanov-Robinson, California (Costume Design for Marcus Vinicius).
