LIT D'OFFICIER in gilded brass and wrought iron on six original cast-iron legs. The uprights are linked by a wrought-iron canopy. Can be completely dismantled. First Empire period, attributed to Marie-Jean Desouches (1764 - 1828). Height : 200 cm - Length : 194 cm Width : 92 cm (Very good condition, complete) According to family tradition, this was the Duke of Wellington's bed, at least for one night.
