En sus de l’adjudication, l’acheteur paiera : 25 % TTC auxquels s’ajouteront :

> le droit de suite (le cas échéant) : lequel ne s’applique qu’aux œuvres originales d’artistes vivants ou décédés depuis moins de 70 ans et uniquement pour les adjudications supérieures ou égales à 750 €. Son taux est de 4% de 750 € à 50 000 € puis de 3% de 50 001 € à 200 000 € conformément au décret du 9 Mai 2007 auquel il convient de se reporter pour les autres tranches et tout complément d’information.
Dès l’adjudication prononcée, les achats sont sous l’entière responsabilité de l’adjudicataire auquel il appartient de les faire assurer si nécessaire.

In addition to the hammer price, the buyer shall pay: 25% inclusive of tax, plus :
> 3.60% inclusive of tax if purchased via Interencheres.com or Drouot.com
> resale right (where applicable): this only applies to original works by living artists or artists who have been dead for less than 70 years, and only for auctions of €750 or more. The rate is 4% from €750 to €50,000, then 3% from €50,001 to €200,000, in accordance with the decree of 9 May 2007, to which reference should be made for other brackets and any additional information.
Once the sale has been announced, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for the items purchased and is responsible for insuring them if necessary.
