La délivrance au public des lots se déroule sans rendez-vous. Il est conseillé aux adjudicataires de procéder sous huitaine à l’enlèvement pour éviter tout frais de stockage et de gardiennage qui seraient à leur charge au tarif de 6 € ht par jour et par objet.

In addition to the hammer price, the buyer shall pay: 25% inclusive of tax, plus :

> resale right (where applicable): this only applies to original works by living artists or artists who have been dead for less than 70 years, and only for auctions of €750 or more. The rate is 4% from €750 to €50,000, then 3% from €50,001 to €200,000, in accordance with the decree of 9 May 2007, to which reference should be made for other brackets and any additional information.
Once the sale has been announced, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for the items purchased and is responsible for insuring them if necessary.
