1 - COSTS TO BE BORNE BY THE BUYER
In addition to the hammer price, the buyer shall pay: 25% inclusive of tax, plus :

> resale right (where applicable): this only applies to original works by living artists or artists who have been dead for less than 70 years, and only for auctions of €750 or more. Once the sale has been announced, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for the items purchased and is responsible for insuring them if necessary.
