Paul NASSIVET (1904-1977). Ile d'Yeu, the jetty of Port Joinville. Oil on canvas signed lower left. Height : 59 cm - Width : 80 cm Presented by the artist to the current owner. Paul NASSIVET was a native of Nantes, where he taught and later became director of the Ecole des Beaux-Arts. He notably depicted the banks of the Loire and views of the Île d'Yeu. Some of his works can be seen at the Musée d'Arts de Nantes.
