Yellow gold (750) pastillé-link necklace featuring alternating gold solidus from the Eastern Roman Empire or imitation gold jewelry casts, in closed setting, and green enameled frit Egyptian scarabs, in twisted closed setting, holding an openwork pendant centered on a lapis lazuli scarab, in twisted closed setting, under a closed crown and surrounded by flowers.
