Height. 90 cm; Length. 12 cm; Width. 24 cm. Wear and tear. PROVENANCE. Bar of the Prince de Galles Hotel, 33, avenue George V, Paris 8th arrondissement. The Prince de Galles was built in 1928 by André-Louis Arfvidson, in a style inspired by the 1925 Exposition des Arts Décoratifs, to welcome the Prince of Wales, Edward VIII, son of King George V of England, to Paris during his annual visits.
