Teilnachlass Prof. Hans Harry Liebmann (1876 - 1941), German sculptor and university lecturer. ╔Darunter:╗ Besitzzeugnis: Verleihung des Verdienstkreuzes für Kriegshilfe auf den Allerhöchten Befehl Ihrer Majestät vom 7.6.1918, Füherschein vom 4.1.1929 (dort als Max Harry Liebmann geführt), Allgemeine Korrespondenz u. Rechnungen, Traueranzeige v. his wife Lucie and daughter Liane Liebmann, letters to Lucie Liebmann after his death (including from her brother, lawyer Dr. Paul Haenisch and from the couple Wilhelm (retired publishing director) and "Liddy" Leopold, letters of condolence from Dr.-Ing. F. Bartscherer, director of the steelworks (chairman of the board of August Thyssen-Hütte AG). Draft of a notarial deed for the acquisition of a plot of land in Garmisch-Partenkirchen by H. Liebmann in 1940 as well as legal assessment and advice to his brother-in-law. Correspondence on a planned Thyssen memorial with Zeidler & Wimmel, quarry and stonemasonry companies. 1 private photo album, approx. 100 photographs of his works and some sources of inspiration. Sources of inspiration, 1 box of Agfa-Extra plates, approx. 10 Bozzetti, each struck. - He received his training under Johannes Schilling at the Dresden Academy of Art. In 1899 he won the Grand Saxon State Prize. Study trips took him to Paris and Rome. He became famous for his tombs and war memorials. He modeled for KPM Berlin for a time and worked freelance in his own studio. He created sculptures for public spaces such as the bronze statue "Diana" in Berlin-Wilmersdorf, the bronzes "Jugend" and "Zopfflechterin" are in Saxon state ownership. State property. - Cf.
