Oval shape with a wide rim; a woman seated in a mirror in palace architecture, receiving a basket of flowers from a putto, rise and rim with rich scrollwork and shell ornaments on a finely chased ground, pinched rim. Silver with partial gilding. Stamped with master's mark, in the reverse Austrian repunctuation (1806-1807) and free mark (1809-1810). 41.5 x 48.5 cm; 690 g. - Seling 1939.

Comp. 1912/14 München.", inscription Johann Schaberl, on the front city view of Munich above coat of arms panels with portrait of Crown Prince Rupprecht and King Ludwig III, flanked by a shoulder piece and a soldier, farewell and manoeuvre scenes to the left and right, two name plaques to the back, the base lithophane farewell scene (professionally restored hole of D approx. 5 mm), high pewter lid with military trophies, the finial a soldier with lion and Bavarian coat of arms, the pusher as Bavarian lion, good condition, h max. 31 cm.
