Tafeln aus dem botanischen Werk Darstellung und Beschreibung der Arzneigewächse von Hayne: Aconitum variabile neubergense, schwarze Maulbeere, Aconitum variabile Napellus, mehrere Bll. aus Curtis, Botanical Magazine. - Papierbedingt tls. zart gebräunt, im Randbereich oft stärker werdend, einige Bll. etw. fleckig u. knickspurig, wenige Bll. im Rand etw. sporfleckig (Motive wenig betroffen), einige Bll. tls. stärker beschnitten. Insgesamt wohlerhaltene Sammlung in naturnahem u. leuchtendem Kolorit. Zoologica Specifica - Collection of 28 coloured orig. prints with zoological and botanical motifs. Mostly 19th a. 20th ct. Various techniques: copper engraving, wood engraving, litography, partly white heightened. - Some sheets mounted in spots under passepartout, mostly inscribed in the plate. - Shown are: monkeys, armadillos, platypuses, various fish such as loach, sturgeon or chimaera, martens, marmots (after G. Edwards from "Sammlung verschiedener ausländischer und seltener Vögel", ed. by J. M. Seligmann, plate 102. Nissen, 166) a.o. -- Partly with plates from the botanical work Darstellung und Beschreibung der Arzneigewächse by Hayne: Aconitum variabile neubergense, black mulberry, Aconitum variabile Napellus. - A few plates from Curtis, Botanical Magazine. - Slightly browned due to paper, partly becoming stronger in the margins, a few sheets somewhat stained and creased, a few sheets slightly mouldy in margins (motifs little affected), a few sheets partly more trimmed.
